New Year, New You?
Does anyone else think it’s odd that we wait until a New Year to start tackling our goals, or on a smaller scale we “will start on Monday”. What’s so special about a new year or a new week, why can’t we start working towards our goals on a Tuesday, or in October for example?
Don’t get me wrong, I think new goals are great, but I don’t think we need to be discouraged if we didn’t start them on January 1st, or on Monday this week. You don’t have to wait for a fresh start of a year or week, make that fresh start today! Are any of you waiting to start next week? Well here is your sign to start today!
With all this being said, there are goals I have and continue to work on. I want to read more books, I want to travel more (Covid permitting), I want to continue focusing on my health and working towards my fitness goals, and most importantly I want to give my animals the best life I can! What are your goals?
